At Greenworks, we encountered a significant challenge with inconsistent email signatures across our team, resulting in both visual disunity and increased costs. The search for a solution led me to a crucial realization: existing tools either lacked aesthetic appeal or were prohibitively expensive. Inspired by this gap, I decided to develop a custom web-based email signature generator.

Determined to address the issue, I set out to create a tool that would streamline the process of generating branded email signatures. The concept was simple yet effective: users would enter their details, and the tool would format them into a polished, professional signature compatible with any email client.

Collaborating closely with the creative director and brand managers, we ensured that the tool accurately reflected Greenworks' diverse brand identities. My role encompassed designing and developing the application using Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I delivered a functional prototype in under a week, demonstrating both efficiency and technical skill.

The result was a user-friendly, dynamic signature generator that resolved the issue of inconsistency, bringing uniformity to our brand's email communications. This project stands as a testament to the power of effective design and collaboration, offering a practical solution that enhanced our team's professional presentation.
